@whealie It’s your catholic tastes.

@TheMichaelMoran You’re right, though. I speak as someone who was part of the Scottish U-16 Epée squad sometime the 80s… 🤺 😉

Quite surprised at how much reflexive snobbery there was yesterday. It is not as harmless as some people think. twitter.com/Nicola_Slawson…

@samhailes @risj_oxford I think the point about the broadness of the media is a good one. People are very rarely thinking about B2B or consumer journalists, for example. Or fashion journos. It’s really quite a narrow range of mainstream news and politics. I’d love to see that issue researched properly.

This is the most chilling graph in #DNR20 for any UK journalist. The collapse in trust in our media in half a decade is a crisis - and solving it is vital for both #journalism - and the country. onemanandhisblog.com/2020/06/resute… t.co/7NbsSfVfq…

@LauraOliver Oh, gosh. Me, too. Last year was my first chance to catch up with @SarahMarshall post her twins.

The 2020 edition of the @risj_oxford Digital News Report is out. Obviously, there’s a whole load of Covid-19 fallout in there - but there are some underlying trends worth drawing out from the work of @nicnewman and crew. Here’s what I took from #DNR20 onemanandhisblog.com/2020/06/resute…

@EstherKeziaT @wnip I have a feeling you and I are experiencing the same process based on the same source material…

Let’s not talk about what happened to it last week. 😱 I was deep in the combined trenches of video and homeschooling… onemanandhisblog.com/2020/06/facebo…

@abigailedge @lilycanter @Emmajourno Ugh. Glad it was resolved - I went through something similar a couple of years ago when another organisation completely cloned my SEO course description and was marketing it with my material.

Office is in central London - but they’re supporting remote working during the crisis - and afterwards. Great team - I’ve done some training for them - and such important roles right now. A real opportunity to make a difference.

#journojobs alert: two great roles going with @NurseStandard. I don’t need to emphasis how important their work is right now, do I? Incredible opportunities for both reporting on the biggest issue of our day - and to keep our key medical staff informed and supported. (1/4)
