Really interesting talk from @theamyking about the interative design thinking they used to build both @thelilynews’s visual and editorial voices. #NISPAR
The AFP case study at #NISPAR gave some good examples of fringe and experimental applications of design thinking to journalism - but nothing that actually was transformational to the business. Still stuck close to the skunk works bubble, it seems.
Probably need to be more careful about describing tracking users as a good thing in the current climate… #NISPAR
