@dj_leon Yeah. Trying to scare or bully them back into the office is unlikely to work. You need to make them want to come back. And that means rethinking how you use the space.
@dj_leon My old property journo head wonders if they’re terrified of the economic restructuring that will have to happen in many of our city centres if we have far fewer commuters. The economic shock will take years to play out, business will collapse, and property values shift.
