So, after having two vaccinations on Saturday (flu and COVID booster):
Sunday I spent barely able to stay awake and shivering all the time Monday started with headaches and lethargy, but improved thereafter Today, I feel great.
So happy I’m boosted and done. 💉💉💉

@freecloud (She also holds me personally liable for all the poor COVID reporting in the press, which is quite a burden to carry TBF…) :-)
@tpstickings I can only hear in the tones of a 1980s toy-derived cartoon.
@freecloud And some of the most popular and well-shared are amongst the ones the serious end of the professions hold in the lowest regard.
@freecloud There’s a big divide between biomedical scientists and medical practitioners in this regard. My wife (a senior lecturer in molecular biology) has done a lot to educate me on which voices on Twitter and in the press to listen to and which to ignore.
I suspect that the best use of my evening would be ensuring that there’s enough good coffee and whisky in the house to see me thought what feels like the inevitable lockdown #4.
With that, and the flu and COVID booster vaccinations earlier, I feel prepared.
