@igzebedze @jonostrower But yes, Facebook is largely parasitic. It’s such an effective attention sponge, that when it’s down that attention is suddenly free to be spent in other ways.
Publishers who saw a traffic spike during the outage need to find ways to capitalise on that displayed loyalty.
