@corinne_podger @richardkendall I wasn’t really talking about you personally! Just the fact that the industry as a whole doesn’t think about it much (as I see every time I tidy up blog posts from 12 to 15 years ago). And so the specific (and long-established) term isn’t common currency in our field.
