@JedySays We’ve got a couple locally who did that sort of refurb and flip, but their sales seem to have ground to a halt, as prices shot up thanks to remote working. The new, more wealthy, buyers are much less impressed by the “flashy” refurbs. And won’t pay for stuff they’ll just rip out.
