@jamesrgrinter @kfsone It’s the cultural issue in particular - the spread of disinformation in (say) India is very, very different from that in the US, because of cultural issues - and a different tech adoption history.
@kfsone @jamesrgrinter No - that’s not what I mean at all. What I mean is that Facebook as a platform is being exploited for the spread of misinformation. If it is serious about countering that in individual countries, it needs the human resources on the ground.
